Scott 1901-1940 Plate Block Almost New Pages

These Pages (Part I) were inserted in an album but with the exception of Scott # 785-794 (Army and Navy Issues) never used. These Issues do have the Black Showgard Mount on them  Other than that the pages are Like New  You’ll note from the pictures that they pages are punched for both the 2 post and 3 ring binders
